The House
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with both gas and induction cooktops, oven, American-style refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, washer, and dryer.

The house is not shared: it is entirely independent and the pool is private.

A cleaning service comes on a regular basis to maintain the house and the yard.

The house is fully air conditioned and heated.

Children under 10 years old are not included in the total number of guests and stay for free.

We have 2 baby cots + 1 high chair and toys for children.

There are security cameras in the parking area, near the swimming pool and by the fish pond.

A security deposit will be requested in the form of a check for €500, along with a copy of your ID. The check will not be cashed and will be returned to you 48 hrs after check-out.

The pool is 2.5 m deep. There is no lifeguard, but the pool is equipped with a motorized pool cover that is in line with the NF P90-308 standard. You must systematically close the pool cover after use, especially if there are young children in your group.
